Technical Assistance
CEI offers technical assistance for individuals and organizations seeking information on a variety of areas related to manufacturing, construction, marketing, government and agriculture.   

1. Questions related to specific topics can be asked and CEI will make its best efforts to research the answers.  The questions are usually related to one of our study tour subjects, but this is not a requirement.  Typically there is no charge for initial consultations.
2. CEI designs and organizes short term study tours for groups interested in a specific topic or industry.  CEI can quote fees for these programs.
3. CEI consultants are available to visit clients and to advise them on current industry practices.  A nominal fee, plus expenses, is charged for these programs.
