Our Mission: To unite the efforts of our members to improve the overall business climate in the Kharkiv Region.

The Association is your connection to economic development professionals throughout the Kharkiv Region.  The Association represents eleven economic development offices in the Kharkiv Region.  Ranging from 15,000 to 200,000 residents, these communities represent a broad range of business markets and economic opportunities in the Kharkiv Region. In addition to the resources of our members, the Association maintains a network of contacts with businesses, non-governmental organizations, and over 20 other local economic development offices.  

The Association is actively looking for foreign partners to participate in joint international projects focusing on business and local economic development initiatives. The Association can help your business assess new market opportunities, identify local economic development specialists, and make your new venture a success.

Background: The Association for Economic of Kharkiv Region [Oblast] Communities represents eleven economic development offices throughout the Kharkiv Region [Oblast].  The Association provides on-going training and consultation to its members in the areas of strategic planning for economic development, economic development strategic plan monitoring and implementation, municipal marketing, and government-business relations.
