Investments company “ Atlanta ” was founded in 1995. From the very beginning we actively take part in development of Ukrainian securities market, reforming of Ukrainian economy, privatizing of former state companies. Among our priorities there are brokerage, consultation, information services and investment activity. The company holds state license for all type of operations with securities, number АА №241567 from 19-11-2001 .
Our company is situated in administrative center of Volyn region – Lutsk (northwest Ukraine ). Geographical position of the company is favorable for establishing of business contacts with Polish, Pribalt, Eastern and Western Europe countries. There is an office of our company in Kiev , it helps to operate quickly on the whole territory of Ukraine .

1. Brokerage services. Buying stocks from physical and juridical persons, forming of control packets of stocks. Representing client’s interests on commercial and non-commercial competitions (tenders).
2. Planning, forming and management of investment portfolio.
3. Presentation and advancement of investment projects. Finding specific projects for client order. Project execution control.
4. Representing client’s interests on shareholders meetings, on other ruling bodies of Joint Stock Companies.
5. Preparing, registration, distribution of stocks and other securities (promissory notes, bonds) issue. Organization and conducting of shareholders meetings. Planning and servicing of different financial schemes for enterprises.
6. Informational and analytical services. Distribution of information about Ukrainian companies, investment attraction analysis. Ukrainian securities market overview.
