Creation of a scientifically-educational complex «SCIENTIFICALLY-TECHNOLOGICAL BUSINESS-INCUBATOR» (SECSTBI) 1. Project Description A creation Project of scientifically-educational complex, then SECSTBI, (capital enclosures US$145'000) provides for leaguing and complex application of operating technologies for finishing to industrial use of venture technologies and scientific elaborations of Ukrainian authors in ecology, resource- and energy-savings, utilization of industrial departures, environment savings, restructuring delivering of industrial enterprises with accounting of socially-ecological aspects, scientific, information, and consulting services of innovative projects, expertise, ecological and technological audits, trainings of specialists, edition of thematic magazines. Structure and work principle. A Scientifically-educational complex «SCIENTIFICALLY-TECHNOLOGICAL BUSINESS-INCUBATOR» will league following subdivisions. · Department of scientifically-technological expertise and audits. · Department of resource and power saving. · Department of ecological audits and ecological design. · Financial-economic department. · Department of automated systems. · Marketing Department, including assistance centre of electronic and multimedia commerce, virtual technological business-incubator, being instrumental in improvement of vital Ukraine population standards. · Educationally-training center. · The Specialists of all subdivisions also will go into SECSTBI consulting service. Such structure will allow effectively and rapidly to commercialize a lot of scientific organizations and separate authors inventions, to increase restructuring effectiveness of large industrial enterprises. Besides small and middle business enterprises and private owners will get development projects for their successful business. Project Advantages and lacks By Advantage of given project is localization of highest qualification specialists on information technology in one company. Now PCPC uses of promotion information technologies, collaborates with these specialists, however their territorial disconnection and activity unconformity in lack conditions of single budget does not allow to get out on qualitatively new - more effective work level.
