1.SUMMARY

Essence of the object without uncovering of the main substance of "know how"

World-wide experience testifies that the main trends in this field are the following: development of low-waste technological processes and equipment and rendering industrial and domestic wastes harmless. Both trends have been reflected in our activity on nature protection systems. Developed methods, technology and equipment low-waste are obtained due to utilization of: recycling processes; selective catalysts; heterogeneous phase interaction regimes; reaction-separation processes; considerable excess of less toxic reagents.

This methods have been implemented in the technologies that were developed by our specialists: monocarboxylic acid amide production; ortho-titanic acid production; 1,4-dioxan production. The second trend is represented with equipment reducing the contaminants emission into the environment. To decrease gas phase harmful impurities, we have developed: effective mass-transfer equipment with wide range of permissible phase loading, low pressure drop, ability to adopt under the loss conditions of altering process parameters; column plate apparatus with valves and contact devices for gas purification; concurrent flow air lifting apparatus with multiply phase inversion; diffusionphoresis- equipment; filters with current conducting partition; acoustic equipment for mass-transfer processes intensification.

Systems for liquids purification, created by our specialists: technology and implementation of water purification of impurities (chemical, bacteriological pollutants, radioisotopes, etc.) are stetted for wastewater ozonization; equipment for deep liquid purification; electrochemical equipment for wastewater treatment.

2. The level of realization of the object in the industry is the testing and partial inculcating in production at the chemical plants of the FSU.

3. The main technical and economical results of realizations show that the using of this ecological equipment allows to get a significant ecological and economical effects.

4. Desired forms of the exit in the west market of high technologies are the using of our designs for ecologization of the acting enterprises and also for new plants.
