1.SUMMARY
Essence of the object without uncovering of the main substance of "know how"
New methods of complex treatment of natural and wastewater with high content of chemical and bacteriological pollutants, radioisotopes and salts of heavy metals has been developed. The approach is that some of electrochemical (deposition, co-precipitation, destruction) and chemical processes are selectively combined.
The electrolyzer permits to ensure: electrooxidation of hardly oxidized contaminates; destruction of organic substances (with further turning into harmless products); electrochemical purification systems compactness. The given results are obtained at the expense of electrochemical processes based on turbulent stream-line-vortex motion near by electrode surface.
Industrial effluent purification is using new types of reactors. The use of these reactors provides water purification from organic substances (including biological ones), inorganic impurities, hard metals' ions (purification of mine water containing radioactive isotopes).
Technology of liquids deep purification from impurities (including submicrometer particles) is based on the principles of electoral combination of micro- filtration process, sorption, capillary effects and Raylegh distillation. And it is implemented in the compact plants of modular type, which provide process' high productivity. The main principles of such method can be also used for solution's concentration, electroplate effluent's processing, demineralisation of water at the mobile plants, etc.
2. The level of realization of the object in the industry is different for the concrete types of equipment. For example, we have a lot of new industrial installations for the treatment of the waste water by ozone, technology of liquid's deep purification from impurities was only tested in the industrial microelectronic plants.
3. The main technical and economical results of realizations and testing showed that this equipment and technologies allow to reach significant ecological and economical effects.
4. Desired forms of the exit in the west market of high technologies are the using of our experience and designs for consulting services at reconstruction and at creation of new objects.
